ETC’s mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate training programs, preparing individuals both personally and professionally for a “Lifetime of Self-Sufficiency.”

Purpose

ETC’s purpose is to be a catalyst that helps stimulate the economy by putting in motion comprehensive training programs that motivate individuals to use their dormant talents along with developing and improving skill sets that produce measurable business opportunities and career advancements.

Vision

ETC’s vision is to expand our training capabilities throughout Fresno County and outlying areas for easy access to individuals desiring to attend employment and business training workshops, thus increasing the number of people ETC services.

Summary

Since 1994, ETC has reached out to thousands of people throughout the San Joaquin Valley. We are providing economically challenged individuals the opportunities they need to move beyond their present income status. At the same time, we are helping to break the cycles that keep them from moving forward towards a brighter more prosperous future.
